Let our Chef pamper you with European and traditional Swiss dishes in our cozy rustic restaurant. The Chef and our friendly staff look forward to each guest. The restaurant can accommodate up to 120 guests. We offer a fine 3 or 4-course dinner (main course choice of meat or vegetarian).
Please visit our Raclette cellar where you will try traditional Swiss cheese fondu and raclette and experience authentic ritual of preparing cheese.
In the winter season, our guests could enjoy each Friday cheese specialties, like a tasty Raclette served directly from the hot oven to your plate, or a delicious cheese fondue in our old wine cellar.
We are happy to assist you in organizing cozy family celebrations and fine festive banquets. Our chef de cuisine will create a menu according to your taste for maximum 120 persons.
Our breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 AM till 10:00 AM. The buffet includes a variety of fresh baked bread, yogurts, breakfast eggs as well as delicious cheeses and cured meats. For your enjoyment, we also include our home-made breakfast cereal which is made according to cereal inventor Bircher’s recipe. This particular cereal reflects the local Swiss taste just like Swiss chocolate or a fondue. The breakfast buffet is included in your room price.
